Recap of 2026 Annual Meeting of Electors

The Town of Lucas Annual Town Meeting of Electors was held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the Town Hall, E2301 State Rd. 29, Menomonie, WI. There were 9 town residents in attendance, including the Town Board Chairperson, Supervisors 1 and 2, and the Clerk.

  • The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.

  • The minutes of the 2025 Annual Meeting were reviewed and approved by unanimous vote of electors.

  • The 2025 Financial Report was reviewed by electors.

  • A motion was made and approved by unanimous vote of electors to raise the tax levy by 18% for 2026 paid 2027 taxes.

  • Discussion was had on other matters, and no other resolutions, motions, or actions were adopted or approved by electors.

  • The meeting was adjourned at 8:19 pm.

The next annual meeting of electors will be held on April 20, 2027.
